Currently working on a set of photographs that reflect the horror genre.
I like and dislike 'Macabre Aphotic'. I put a black background around it and after awhile it looked like it was sort of rising up trying to come out of the picture, elements to Samara from the Ringu films with elements to the shadow people. Just in case you didnt know, shadow people are those shadows that you can only see in the corner of your eye. Then when you turn and look they are gone and you swore you saw something.
I dislike that I didnt truly capture elements from Henry Fuseli's 'The Nightmare'. To much of the room has been cropped out, and I will also leave the tv on when I do another. If only I could find a horses head.
